TCOSS restarts (Fatal error: Level=6, Id=1075396256, Message=Shutdown requested by %s)

Issue

TCOSS (tandem) keeps restarting

 

Cause

Possibly caused by...

- delay in communications between TCOSS Primary and Secondary (network bandwidth)

- another TCOSS system is interfering with Pri or Sec 

Solution

By setting the TCSRV service to "Automatic (Delayed Start) the issue can be solved.

But this is a temporary solution, the root cause must be found and solved:

- improve the network latency between TCOSS Pri and Sec

- verify there is no other TCOSS server trying to communicate with this tandem (Pri or Sec)
