Problem Statement:

When printing documents from VMware Horizon View (formerly VMware View) tstpfltk.exe hangs and uses 100% CPU usage.

Cause:

The version of tstpfltk.exe doesn't support EMF spool files from TP Output Gateway Driver

Resolution:

Upgrade tstpfltk.exe to a minimum version of 2012.01.05.
