In KAFC Viewer there is a report that presents a "No Touch Processing" in Quality|No Touch Processing
What constitutes that documents have been touched?
Solution
In general, 'touched' is set if have any changes manually, here is main logic to decide document has been touched.
- Module is attended (not automatic module likes recognition), have least a page and one of following conditions.
- Has changed field value.
- Or has been re-classified.
- Or has deleted or merged action.
As an example, if a document goes through KTM Validation where the index values are viewed but not modified this will record as a "No Touch" once it is exported.
