"Invalid Database (It's empty or corrupted)" Error During Insight Installation

Question / Problem:
This error appears when attempting to configure the Administrative database via Installation Manager.
Answer / Solution:
If the database was pre-created and is currently empty, make sure you are selecting "Create / Initialize Database" option and not "Use Existing Database" in the Installation Manager UI.
The latter implies an existing configured Admin database, not an empty database. The first option will create the objects in an empty database assuming the login account has sufficient permissions.
