Question / Problem:

New Batches are not showing in the KAFC View dashboard after changes to the Insight Authentication method. There are no errors in the logs and the KAFC databases indicate there should be available data for the View dashboard.

What may cause No Data to display within Insight\View if they're in the system?

Answer / Solution:

When using the Insight Authentication Method, the issue could be related to the User Profile configured in Kofax Capture Administration.

A simple test is for the Batch Filter to be removed (Export & Delete) from the KAFC Admin Console. If data is displayed when the Batch Filter is removed, then the focus should be on the User Profile to ensure there is an explicit Kofax Capture User with sufficient Module access.
