Issue
Users from different domains unable to log into dashboard after upgrading to 6.3 or newer.
Cause
Product design change. LDAP information is now read from WCFDataServiec's web.config log due to support for Windows authentication for Scheduler and Data Loader.

Solution
Modify Viewer app's web.config file by copy / pasting your custom LDAP entries into the data service's web.config file. Paste just before </appSettings> tag. Restart IIS for those changes to take effect.
