KAFTA report displays error at the first time login

When user tries to load the KAFTA report page from KTA Workspace, it says "Login Failed. No roles found" for the first time but when clicked on the same link again it loads up the page.



This is a known Issue detailed in the KAFTA 1.4 Release Notes (end of page 14):



The workaround below proven to resolves the issue:

1. On the server where Insight is launched, open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

2. Navigate to Sites > Default Web Site > Insight > View > Session State.

3. Change the Cookie Settings to anything other than Auto Detect. We recommend that you change the Cookie Settings to "Use Cookies."

4. Click Apply to save the changes. Perform a IISReset using command prompt.
