Quality Extraction view has no data

Question / Problem: 

The Quality - Extraction dashboard view is not showing any Field Changed information of my current batches in Batch Manager.



Answer / Solution: 

Extraction dashboard view is an hourly report and shows fields of batches that have been Exported or Deleted only.


The Hourly Report is configured by default during KAFC installation to run every hour.


Extraction will not show any field information about batches that are currently in Batch Manager.


If a batch was deleted or exported then the hourly plan will update or expedite the process by manually running “Load Quality Metric Data Now” in Data Processing.
