Issue
When trying to log into the Kofax Analytics for TotalAgility (KAFTA) Dashboard Viewer, a "No Roles Found" message appears and the login fails.
Solution
Verify that the Insight Scheduler and Insight Bridge Windows services are started and running and configured for Automatic.
If either of these services are not running the message indicated above will occur.
