Windows Logon prompt clicking KAFTA Link

Issue
When clicking the KAFTA link or customized link to get to the KAFTA Insight View in the KTA Workspace, the window's logon prompt is being displayed.

Solution
One possible solution is that the Authentication configuration in the Insight Admin Console is not set to HTTP Request. Change to this setting and restart both Kofax Insight services.
Another possible solution is to make sure that Anonymous Authentication is enabled in IIS for both View and WcfDataService.
