Question

How can I find information about the last time data was successfully loaded for some particular Record or Metric?

Answer

The “HistoryDate” table in your Project’s Data DB contains the most recent date-time that data was successfully loaded for each given Record and Metric stored in your Data DB. The “HistoryDate” field in this table is the same as the “Last successful load date” value that can be used as the <FromDate> when running your Execution Plans to load data into Records and Metrics. This value is often used for display on the dashboard to let users know when some specific data they are looking at was refreshed or loaded into the system. This table is also the source of the information that can be seen on the “Record dates” tab of the “Data Loader” web application.
