Could not find a part of the path - error launching Batch Manager



Question / Problem: 

What can cause the following error to occur when attempting to launch Batch Manager on a workstation?


AcSbst: Kofax.ACConfiguration: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Config\ACConfig.xml'.


How can I resolve this issue?

Answer / Solution: 

This issue can be caused by the ServerPath Registry Key value being set to \. on the workstation.


To resolve this issue, follow one of the options below:


Option 1:

Correct the ServerPath Registry Key value to: \\<Server_Name>\CaptureSV


Option 2:

Copy the ServerPath Registry Key value from the working server or workstation to the non-working workstation.
