Lock the Priority value to prevent operators from changing it

Question / Problem:

Is there a way to lock the priority to a specific number so that a scanner operator creating a Batch cannot change it?

Answer / Solution:

There is not an "out-of-the-box" way to lock the priority of Batches, although a Custom Module or Workflow Agent could be designed to change the priority to a specific value after creation.

A Custom OCX Panel can be designed to restrict portions of the interface.
