Question / Problem:

When trying to process a Batch in the KTM Validation queue, the following error message is displayed:

Unable to launch application. Ensure that the required DLLs are available.

Answer / Solution:

The error is displayeded when Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) it is not installed on the affected workstation, and Batch Manager is trying to process a Batch assigned to a module that does not exist there.

To prevent this issue, perform an installation of KTM.
