How can I resolve an issue where the search function in the Kofax Capture Online Help is not working using Internet Explorer?

Answer / Solution: 

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

1.      Enable Active Scripting under Scripting in the Internet Explorer security settings on the Internet Zone.

 

2.      Re-launch Kofax Capture Online Help.
