When launching the online help for Kofax Capture in Internet Explorer on a server OS, the help is unresponsive. How can this issue be resolved?

Answer / Solution:

The online help for Kofax Capture may become unresponsive if Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is enabled.  Internet Explorer Enhanced Security is a feature that exists only on server versions of Windows.

Disable Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration to resolve this issue.
