Document already exported error during Export

Question / Problem:

Documents are failing to export. An error message similar to the following appears in the ERR log:

What could be happening?

Answer / Solution:

It is possible that Export Script is trying to write a unique Document ID to the back end database and is finding that the given ID has already been used.

This issue becomes possible after reinstalling the Kofax Capture database or resetting the Document ID value.

To resolve it, either modify Capture's Document ID setting (see QAID 2317) or change the constraints of the destination database to allow duplicates.
