Report Viewer Components are not installed

Issue

When launching the Report Viewer the following error is seen:

Kofax Capture Report Viewer Components are not installed.  Would you like to install them now?

Solution

If you click yes, an error will be seen.  The supported way to install the Kofax Report Viewer is by running the autorun.exe from the Kofax Capture install media.  You will then be presented with an option to install Report Viewer.

Once installed, the Report Viewer module will open as expected.
