QAID # 3412 Published
Question / Problem:
I am trying to create a new Batch from Batch Manager at a Remote Site and I receive the following error message:
"There are no published batch classes". I am able to synchronize without problems and I even see the Batch Classes come down.
What is the cause of this error?
Answer / Solution:
The problem has to do with the Central Sites' Remote Profiles not having either:
- A Remote Profile assigned.
- No Batch Classes assigned to the Remote Profile.
There is also a possibility that the User Profile that the Remote Site is using doesn't have access to the Batch Classes that are assigned to the Remote Profile.
