Question / Problem:
I receive the following error message in the License Utility:
 AcLicImp. The date on the license server has been rolled backwards. You must
either obtain a special activation code to address this situation or set the date back
to the original date. (12/23/2015 1/9/2015 1)
How can I resolve this issue?
Answer / Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- Request a temporary activation code on the Temporary License Activation Page and choose "Date rollback" for the reason.
- Open the License Utility and manually activate using the temporary activation code from Step 1.
