How to enable Single Sign-On debug logging for Capture 10.2 and higher
Answer / Solution:
Starting with Capture 10.2 and higher, the following debugging steps will help identify authentication issues.
You may be required to log in as an Administrator to complete the steps below:
- Stop any Kofax services (modules) that are running on the system.
- Open System Properties (Right-click on Computer or My Computer and select Properties, then select Advanced System Settings) .
- Select the Advanced tab.
- Click the Environment Variables button.
- Create a new System variable named
KCUserProfileLoggingEnabled
. - Set the parameter value to
True
. - Reproduce the issue, then close the module.
The log file, named KCUserProfile.txt
, can be found in the \\CaptureSV\Logs
folder. Please send the log file to the Kofax Technical Support Engineer.
