Question / Problem:
How can I resolve an issue where batches are failing to be separated in Recognition Server and going to Quality Control with the following error?
Expected and actual page count do not match
Answer / Solution:
This issue can be caused by the number of pages in a document not matching the fixed number of pages configured for the Fixed number of pages setting in the Form Type Properties.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
1. Traverse to the Form Type under the Document Class for a Batch Class.
2. Right-click on the Form Type and select Properties.
3. Uncheck the Fixed number of pages checkbox in the Form Type Properties.
4. Republish the Batch Class.
