SAML Azure AD Protocol Not Supported by Kofax Capture

Has the Kofax Capture software been certified compatible to Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), for Single-Sign On (SSO)

Solution

No, the Kofax Capture software has not been certified for compatibility to use the SAML Authentication Protocol used by Azure AD for SSO.  

• Presently, there are no plans for support of of the related authentication protocol for Azure AD
• NTLM and LDAP remain the primary SSO protocols certified for Kofax Capture software at this time
