Question / Problem:

Why is the Batch Summary Report not returning any data?

Answer / Solution:

You may experience a problem with the Batch Summary Reports not displaying any results if you are running Export as a service and had that service started prior to enabling Report Viewer. Typically, other reports from Report Viewer should display properly even when the Batch Summary Report is not.

To resolve, stop and restart the Export service on any machine it may be running on. Any batches exported after the Export service is restarted should properly display in the Batch Summary Report.
