Blank Reports when Security Boost is enabled

Question / Problem:

All reports in Report Viewer are blank when Security Boost feature is enabled. How can I resolve this?

Answer / Solution:

This issue could be related to a permission. To resolve, verify that the Security Boost user has read/write permissions to the Logged User Temp folder:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp
