Question / Problem:
When a Batch is loaded in Kofax Capture (KC) 10, the Scanner Profile with the same name as the Batch Class or is not loading automatically.
Answer / Solution:
Although the name of the profile does not change in the dropdown, the Batch Class profile does load. This issue was reported in Software Problem Report (SPR) 106173 and fixed in Fix Pack 2 for Kofax Capture 10.
