How can I resolve an issue where XML Import module fails to launch encountering the following logon error on Windows 10 when SecurityBoost is enabled but other Kofax Capture modules are able to launch?
AcSbst: The user ID or password provided is incorrect. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then type your password again. Letters in passwords must be typed using the correct case.

Kofax Engineering has verified with Microsoft that this is an issue in Windows 10 that is fixed with 2018-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1703 (KB4462939).
