ACIW log is growing large in size

Issue
The ACIW log is being filled with the following error message:
"8/12/2021 12:20:51 AM,13, No KCN Services available. Please contact the central site administrator for assistance."
Is there a way to reduce the frequency at which this error message is written?
Solution
There is no setting to adjust the amount of times the message is written or the frequency it is written at. Shutting down IIS will prevent the log from growing in size.
