AcLicClnt 7001 Unable to Connect to License Server The Remote Server Returned Error 404 Not Found

“ AcLicClnt: Unable to connect to license server. The license server may be down or the network may have problems. (The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found)”
Uninstalling and reinstalling the license server on the machine running the License server resolved the issue.
Steps to disable/uninstall the license server:
- Disable/uninstall the license server on the KC Server xyz by using an elevated CMD window and enter ACLicSrvCfg.exe /d, the KC service description of will be missing License server
- Reinstall it by running ACLicSrvCfg.exe in the elevated CMD window.
- Look at the KC service description in the service window and verify if the License server is back in the description.
- After determining the license server is reinstalled on the machine, verify the KIC PlugIn license test on the KIC machine works successfully.
