Receiving the following error to occur when attempting to launch Batch Manager on a workstation
AcSbst: Kofax.ACConfiguration: Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Config\ACConfig.xml'.
This issue can be caused by the ServerPath Registry Key value being set to \. on the workstation.
To resolve this problem, the server path should be available to all the client workstations. This can be done through the System Registry.
To resolve this issue, follow one of the options below:
Correct the ServerPath Registry Key value to: \\<Server_Name>\CaptureSV
Copy the ServerPath Registry Key value from the working server or workstation to the non-working workstation.
Below is the location of the ServerPath Registry Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Kofax Image Products\Ascent Capture\3.0\ServerPath
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Kofax Image Products\Ascent Capture\3.0\ServerPath
Beside above, verify that no firewall that may be blocking the user from accessing the network share through a UNC path is being used. Also verify that no firewall is blocking any ports that may be required such as TCP 2424 or UDP 1433 & 1434.
