KC 11.1.01 PDF services crash - not enough memory

Issue

After update to KC 11.1 with FP 1 customer has randomly errors in PDF Generator when processing batches in production environment. After few hours they see PDF Generator services crashing.
They usually run PDF Generator as a service and see randomly errors like these:

When they run PDF Generator as a module they sometimes get this error:
REC rec_init1: "Rec file D:\apps\Kofax\CaptureSS\ServLib\Bin\OmniPage\bin\hand_s_ch.rec has wrong version (6.0)" MONITOR rec_monitor_end: "Rec file already closed"

Solution

Removing the following files from OmniPage\Bin folder resolved this issue in one case:
hand_s_ch.rec
hand_s_de.rec
hand_s_it.rec
