Issue

I see a COM error with PDF Generator when a document has many pages:

CKfxException: 0x00000012 COM error File: AbbyyRecognizer.cpp Line: 415

KC Version is 11.0.1.2

 

 

Solution

After adding the following to ACConfig.xml and restarting KC service, the error did not longer occur:

   <ACConfig>

      ...

      <FRE10 SynthesizePerPage="1" />

   </ACConfig>
