Question / Problem:
The following error message is generated when launching any Kofax Capture modules:
AcSbst: Kofax.ACConfiguration: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.
Answer / Solution:
This issue may be caused by a corrupted User Profile. Removing and recreating the Capture User Profile or Unlinking and re-linking the Active Directory User account should resolve this issue.
