Single Sign On fails and user prompted for username and password launching any Capture 10.0 module


Question / Problem:

As soon as user profiles are enabled, is not possible to use any Kofax Capture module without enter user and password. Is there any way to fix this issue with Kofax capture 10 service pack 2?

Answer / Solution:

This issue that has been documented in SPR #115739 and resolved in Fix Pack 2 for Kofax Capture 10.0 SP2.


To resolve this issue, install Fix Pack 2 or higher for Kofax Capture 10.0 SP2.
