Database Export Connector: String or binary data would be truncated

Issue

During Database Export the following error is seen:

Database Export Connector, 0, ERROR [22001] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 13 for SQL Server][SQL Server]String or binary data would be truncated.

Solution

• The error indicates the incorrect data type definition used in the database referenced by the standard Database Export Connector. To resolve the issue, please verify and make sure the column length in the export / release database is greater than the value listed.
• There is one or more index field exporting more data than the column allows.  Check the Document index fields and field types against the data type of each column in SQL.
