Question / Problem:

When attempting to process documents from a shortcut into Kofax Front Office Server (KFS) 4.x, the job fails and the error reported in the error logs is:

Input String was not in a correct format

Answer / Solution:

This error can be caused due to Kofax Front Office Server (KFS) not having a Concurrent Station license available. KFS requires one Concurrent Station license to successfully export to Kofax Capture.
