YSoft SafeQ Single Sign On Support with Xerox MFP Client

Issue

Is YSoft SafeQ Single Sign-On (SSO) supported for use with the Kofax Front Office Server (KFS) Xerox MFP Client?

 

 

Solution

At this time, YSoft SafeQ SSO is only supported for use with the KFS 4.1.1 and 4.3 Ricoh MFP Client.  It is not supported for use with the KFS Xerox MFP Client.  This is documented in the Kofax MFP Support Matrix
