Same Email Files Continuously Importing


Question / Problem: 

Kofax Import Connector is continuously importing the same email files into Kofax Capture. How can I resolve this issue?

Answer / Solution: 

It has been observed, that on the mail server the "deleted limit" had been reached. This prevented any new emails from being deleted, thus causing the emails to continue in a loop and be re-imported again by KIC.  Increasing the mail server “delete limit” resolved the issue.
