Delayed due to configuration error during Import

Question / Problem: 

How can I resolve an issue where messages are failing to import by Kofax Import Connector with the following error in the Message Connector Monitor?

 

Delayed due to configuration error. Could not create document

Answer / Solution: 

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

1.      In the Destination configuration, make sure that the Document Class and Form Type settings matches the Document Class and Form Type names currently configured in the Batch Class.

 

2.      Restart the KC Plug-In service.
