KfxMessageFileName not populating Document Field

Question / Problem:

I have configured the Destination ¦ Import Mappings ¦ Document Field to use KfxMessageFileName when importing images using KIC Folder Import. However, I don't see a value populated when I validate the Batch.

How can I resolve this issue?

Answer / Solution:

KfxMessageFileName is a message field that will only be populated if you're using KIC Fax Import.

However, KfxRoutingNumber can be used as an alternative to retrieve the filename of the file imported by KIC Folder Import. KfxRoutingNumber will give the full path of the filename. A Validation Script is required in order to parse out the path and only populate the filename.
