Question / Problem:
How can I resolve an issue where Passive Inputs on the Message Connector Monitor shows some of the mailboxes are encountering the following error?
IMAP command >0058 LOGIN ******* < returned error: >0058 NO LOGIN failed.<
Answer / Solution:
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
1. Perform a Test Mailbox on the Mailbox Settings for those mailboxes encountering the error.
If those mailboxes encounter the same NO LOGIN failed error, then the password has been changed.
2. Update the password in the Mailbox Settings.
3. Restart the Message Connector service then the KC Plug-In service.
