Issue

Is OAuth / MS Graph Supported in KIC 2.8?

Cause

OAuth / MS Graph 2.0 not supported in  KIC 2.8 as KIC 2.8 only supports the "Resource Owner Password Credentials" (ROPC) grant for MS Graph. This is the only "Modern Authentication" that is supported in 2.8.

Solution

• In KIC 2.9 and newer there are more secure OAuth grants options available for MS Graph, such as Authorization code grant and Client Credentials grant.
• Please review the KIC latest version documentation for more information about requirements.
