Saving or exporting of imported mails or files from Message Connector Storage

Issue

How can I export a imported mail or file from Message Connector Storage?

Cause

Each imported file or mails are stored in the Message Connector Storage.  There you can see details of the import process. Details like sender and receiver of an email, folder from where the file be imported etc. To see the Storage open Message Connector and select Inbound - Processed from Menu on the left.

You will see the list wit the imported files at the top on the right. If you select the  in the Commands column for a import then you will see the details of the import in the lower part.

Solution

To export the original file from Message Connector Storage use the  View/Save message icon on Commands column.

Note: The exported file is not converted from KIC!
