Customer is having a specific issue with a particular EWS Mailbox where KIC/MC is unable to process any further emails.
It stays in-progress and are unable to poll any further emails.
Further investigation into the MC logs shows the following error message being thrown:-
Cannot delete message. EWS returned exception. Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServiceResponseException: An internal server error occurred. The operation failed.
This is very likely a cause of the following:-
1) A specific Mailbox Setting where polled emails from MC are archived and have run out of disk space
2) Corrupted email account
Customer found a specific setting to the particular mailbox where the archived folder have ran out of disk space.
After archiving and removing the archived folder from the Mailbox only then KIC was able to poll and process the mails as per normal.
Customer created a NEW email account where the OLD emails were forwarded to the new email account.
Configure KIC/MC to poll the emails from the NEW email account.
