Documents not importing KIC 2.10 - Blue arrow

Issue
After a recent upgrade/install of KIC 2.10, documents are not getting imported into Kofax Capture. The blue arrow on the KIC MC monitor page reports that it's importing to KC, but nothing happens. There a no errors in the KIC or Kofax Capture logs.
Solution
The issue could be that the minimum requirements for KIC 2.10 are not met.
.Net needs to be at least version .NET 4.8 and VRS needs to be at least Kofax VRS Elite 5.2.
Kofax does recommend updating to the latest Fix Pack as well.
