KC import fails with Error message : VRS Error: Invalid scan/print DPI setting

Issue

We have a error message when trying to import attachments from a mail that contains a 1 x 1 pixel image in png format : VRS Error: Invalid scan/print DPI setting

The image has no DPI.

The document conversion option in the KIC destination is set to skip converting files of a certain value:

 .png < 500" but the problem persists.

Solution

To allow the successful import of the image into Kofax Capture, the Document conversion should skip converting and skip Importing files as per:

 .png < 500"
