Issue

How can I resolve an issue where messages are not being imported in Kofax Import Connector (KIC) 2.9 and they are stuck under the Transfer to Kofax App column with a blue arrow on the Message Connector Monitor?

 

Solution

Upgrade to VRS version 5.1.1 with Fix Pack 12 or higher as documented on page 8 of the KIC 2.9 Installation Guide.
