How can I resolve an issue where email notifications for a particular test is not working although email notifications for other tests are currently working?

Answer / Solution: 

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

1.      Please make sure that the Notification checkbox is not checked under the Disable section in the Configuration tab for that particular test that email notifications are not working for.

If the Notification checkbox is not checked and this issue still occurs then proceed to steps 2 and 3 listed below.

2.      Recreate the test and confirm that email notifications are now working for this particular test.

3.      Delete the original test.
