Running TCSRV under a user account

Description
Running TCSRV under a user account is not recommended and even Microsoft states, that in case a user needs the "Act as part of the operating system" right, the system user should be used.
Nevertheless, these are the required rights for Windows 2003:
- Log on as a batch job
- Act as part of the operation system
- Create a token object
- Increase quotas
- Replace process level token
The following rights are required for Windows 2008:
- Logon as Service
- Logon as Batch
- Act as part of the operating system
- Create a token object
- Replace process level token
It is not possible to set TCSRV to interact with desktop if it runs under a user.
