Block unauthorized senders despite White List in TC/Link-SM
Issue
Is it possible to keep a white and black list in TC/Link-SM?
--> NO
Cause
Sometimes unauthorized senders from an authorized domain use the SMTP relay.
Solution
Registry from TC/Link-SM:
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TOPCALL\TCLINKSM\Topcall\CheckRights = 1 --> So that rights are checked for KCS.
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\TOPCALL\TCLINKSM\Topcall\SOForceNonDelNotif = If necessary, to send a negative notification to the sender.
Reboot SM link!
In TCfW:
Create KCS User (e.g. Spam):
Adresses:
No Events!:
No rights and check "Restricted use of services":
After that, the sender receives a neg. notification:
